When I'm in New York, I always like to take in the designer boutiques on Madison Avenue because you never know what you will find. In the ************** boutique, he had a beautiful silk blouse, but it was really different. It had the beautiful woven fabric in front, and stretch in back. The sleeve was the same woven, with an undersleeve insert in a stretch. This was really ground-breaking, cause who doesn't have a pattern that they would love to do up in woven fabric, but don't want to have to do a lot of fitting - that's what this whole concept solves. But how do you do that? How do you mix stretch and woven together and make it work? What are the techniques you have to use for woven and stretch fabrics?....the tools? This is the class that will show you how to do this. I call this the McAlex Queen In between top because it looks like a woven, but has the comfort of stretch.
