Bobbin winders is the first level of our kids summer sewing classes. The class starts with a safety instructions for using a sewing machine properly.
The kids will also learn all the parts of the machine and start stitching on paper. The second day we will start making our PJ Pants!
PJ Pants are a great first project. It gives the kids something they can use, and great sewing skills. We've had kids who went from this class to make PJ pants for their whole family for Christmas. It's a lot of fun!

Beginner Class For Children / Must be a child to take the class. Ages 8 and Up preferred.
Requirements:
Supply List - Pattern, Fabric, Thread, Non roll elastic (amounts determined by pattern size.)
You can supply a sewing machine you own or you can use one of ours. We have machines starting at $299 and we will make you a deal if you get a machine and sign up for class.
Instructor Bio:
Darice has been teaching kids classes for Bernina of Oklahoma City for over 20 years. We can't say enough about her patience and great attitude with kids. She also teaches private sewing lessons at a reasonable price.
